HERBAL WELLNESS CONSULTATIONS
I believe that the body will heal if we can remove obstacles, provide nourishment, reduce stress, and generally get out of the way. Lifestyle modifications are the most basic way to promote healing – satisfying the body’s needs for sleep, water, activity, and nutrition. When the body needs additional help to shift away from a state of “dis-ease,” there are plants and nutrients that can help. Herbalism has a long tradition of using plants to safely improve both common complaints and chronic medical conditions. My mission is to reconnect people with nature’s healing plants.
As an herbalist, I am interested in treating you as a person rather than as a disease. We will collaborate to create an individualized wellness plan – simple and effective strategies that harmonize with your lifestyle and existing therapies. I specialize in providing holistic support for individuals suffering from issues ranging from colds and flu, troubled digestion, allergies, anxiety, and insomnia…to impaired immunity, irritable or inflammatory bowel syndromes, skin problems, pain, aging issues, women’s concerns, osteoporosis, metabolic disturbances, autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, and more.
